Exhibits
Play-Off Final 1998
Not surprisingly we feature the 1998 play-off final at Wembley and are proud to display Clive Mendonca’s shirt, boots and medal along with many other memories of that amazing day when Charlton regained their place in the first tier of English football by defeating Sunderland 7-6 on penalties after a 4-4 draw. It is generally held to have been one of the greatest matches played at the old Wembley stadium.

FA Cup Win
It may have been a long time ago but our victory in the 1947 FA Cup final at Wembley remains one of the greatest achievements in Charlton’s history. We have plenty to see that will bring the occasion back, including medals, tickets, photos and all manner of memorabilia even manager Jimmy Seed’s hand written report on the match.

Back to the Valley
That unforgettable occasion on 5th December 1992 when the club returned home after seven years of exile. The match against Portsmouth and indeed the whole day were highly emotional for all concerned and our exhibits bring it all back to life again.
